Delivery Options & Timescales

Large / Bulky Items (e.g., decking, roofline, UPVC boards): 5–10 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on stock levels, supplier lead times, and courier schedules.
Delivery Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery postcode.

Bulky or pallet deliveries (e.g., composite decking, large roofline products) may incur additional charges.

Large & Bulky Item Delivery

Large products are delivered via specialist couriers or pallet services.

Deliveries are usually made to kerbside only; please ensure adequate access for delivery vehicles.

Customers are responsible for arranging suitable handling/unloading equipment where necessary.

Our team will contact you in advance to confirm delivery dates for large items.
Missed Deliveries

If you are not available at the agreed delivery time, re-delivery charges may apply (especially for palletised or large-item deliveries).
Delivery Restrictions

We currently deliver to addresses within the UK mainland.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival.

Any damages or missing items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photos where possible.
