We aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and at a reasonable cost. This policy explains our delivery times, charges, and procedures for both standard and larger items.


Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays).

  • Standard orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.


Delivery Options & Timescales

  • Standard Delivery (Small/Medium Parcels): 2–4 working days.

  • Express Delivery (where available): 1–2 working days.

  • Large / Bulky Items (e.g., decking, roofline, UPVC boards): 5–10 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on stock levels, supplier lead times, and courier schedules.


Delivery Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery postcode.

  • Bulky or pallet deliveries (e.g., composite decking, large roofline products) may incur additional charges.

  • Free or discounted shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website.


Large & Bulky Item Delivery

  • Large products are delivered via specialist couriers or pallet services.

  • Deliveries are usually made to kerbside only; please ensure adequate access for delivery vehicles.

  • Customers are responsible for arranging suitable handling/unloading equipment where necessary.

  • Our team will contact you in advance to confirm delivery dates for large items.


Missed Deliveries

  • If you are not available at the agreed delivery time, re-delivery charges may apply (especially for palletised or large-item deliveries).


Delivery Restrictions

  • We currently deliver to addresses within the UK mainland.

  • Some remote or offshore locations may be subject to longer delivery times and additional charges. Please contact us for details before placing your order.


Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival.

  • Any damages or missing items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photos where possible.

  • We will arrange for replacements or refunds as quickly as possible.
