At Everplast Building Plastics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our returns policy is set out below.
Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (unless faulty or damaged on arrival).

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Change of Mind / Unwanted Items

Unwanted items may be returned, provided they are unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee (Large or Special Order Items)

For large items (e.g., composite decking, roofline products, UPVC boards) or special order products, a 30% restocking fee will apply.

This fee covers handling, inspection, and repackaging.
Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, installed, or altered.

Items without original packaging or that are not in a resalable condition.

Clearance or custom-made products.
How to Arrange a Return

Once your item is received and inspected, we will process your refund (minus any restocking fee, if applicable).
Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Shipping fees (original delivery charges) are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or damaged.
